A 50% retainer and a signed contract is mandatory in order to secure your booking and mark the beginning of the pre-production phase. The final payment is due prior to your content being released.

Our average turnaround time for finalized deliverables is 14-21 business days from the shoot day. If you have a specific date you need assets by, please let us know as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. We approach each project with great responsibility, stressing out the importance of completing the creative brief, as well as conducting a rigorous pre-production process designed to accomplish the results that you want.

Depending on the complexity of the compositions, some images require extensive editing before they shape-up into the pre-approved creative idea we've initially had in mind. Therefore, such images cannot be considered for "proof approval" as they jump directly into post-production. Nonetheless, if the compositions are simple, and generally captured directly in camera, there may be some variations for you to look at as proofs. Lastly, we can also send you some snippets of the progress behind-the-scenes.

While we aim to get most elements right in camera, post-production is where your products truly come to life. Generally speaking, any content in its raw form is simply incomplete. Our promise to you is excellence, which does not go hand-in-hand with unfinished work. Therefore, we do not release any raws to our clients.

If you would like your products to be returned to you after the photoshoot, please provide us with a prepaid return shipping label, or arrange for a courier to pick up the products. Otherwise, all items will be stored for up to 6 months.
